Transporting dangerous goods overseas is a strictly regulated process. The shipper is required to be fully responsible for submitting proper documentation with correct classification, identification, IMO declaration, UN number, labeling, MSDS, packing list, etc. Based on these specific documents and being approved by the shipping line, dangerous goods are then allowed to be loaded onto the carrier.
